The problem
Decisions, figures and commitments were made in meetings held in Urdu, English or both, and then lived only in the memories of the people in the room. Nobody could look back across them.
What we built
- 1Staff record a meeting in the browser, in Urdu, English or both.
- 2Speech processing built for mixed Urdu and English turns each recording into English notes.
- 3Every meeting is kept and indexed in one knowledge base, so nothing said in a meeting is lost.
- 4Admins ask questions across every meeting, and each answer names the meetings it came from.
- 5Access follows roles: staff see their own meetings, admins see all of them on one overview sheet.
It is built to run inside Lincoln’s own Google account: the recordings, the knowledge base and the overview sheet are theirs.
