In five business days, we build and deploy one working piece directly inside your current systems. It is $500 while the three founding places are open and $1,000 once they are gone, and either way it comes off the build or comes back to you on request.

How the five days work
Two short conversations from you. The rest is ours.
We agree the one job we are building, and we write down the test it has to pass on Friday, in your words: when I enter this, that appears there. Then you set up the access.
You pick supplier invoices. The test you write down: when we are billed for more than we received, or for freight nobody agreed, it stops before anyone pays it.
We build inside your accounts, working against the systems you already run. Your team carries on; we come back to you only if something we find changes what we agreed on Monday.
We connect the mailbox the invoices land in to your accounting, and build the three-way match: what was ordered, what arrived on the dock, what you are being billed for.
We run it over your real historical documents, the ones whose answers you already know. That is the only honest way to find out what it does before it touches anything live.
It goes over last month's invoices, the ones you have already paid. You see which it would have stopped, which it let through, and the reason on each. A freight or surcharge line added to an invoice that does have a purchase order is one it stops.
You run Monday's test yourself, on your own data. It either does that thing or it does not, and either way what we built stays in your accounts.
You push a new invoice through it. The lines that match are marked checked; the short-shipped one is waiting with the purchase order number, the quantity received and the quantity billed.
What the week is not
Five days buys one job done properly. It is worth being exact about what that rules out, because a week sold against the wrong expectation helps nobody.
- Fixing records that are wrong or missing. We read what is in your documents; we cannot invent a purchase order that was never raised. Invoices that never have one, utilities and small tools and the like, follow the rules you already use instead of stopping.
- A migration off a system you already run, or onto a new one.
- A reporting project. This builds one working job, not a set of dashboards.
- Three jobs at once. One, chosen on the call, is what five days holds.
If what you need is one of those, we say so on the free call rather than sell you a week that cannot deliver it.

Every dollar you pay for the week comes off the build when you decide to do it, for a build starting within twelve months.
It stays yours
The working piece runs inside your own accounts. The logins, the code and the keys are yours to keep or revoke, whether or not you ever build anything else with us.
Money back on request
Ask at the Friday walkthrough and you get it back, for any reason or none. There is nothing to argue and no form to fill in.
Where your data goes
Where a step needs AI to read a document, it goes to the AI provider on your account, under their terms, and nowhere else. We name the provider and show you which steps call it before you approve anything. Quartate keeps no copy of your data.

What is the proof week, and how big is one working piece?
The proof week is Quartate's paid first step: five business days in which one working automation is built inside your current accounts and data. A piece is one job, end to end, small enough that a single sentence describes it passing: one document type read and put where it belongs, or one month of completed jobs checked against the contracts that govern them. You write that sentence with us on Monday, before you pay, and Friday is measured against it.
What does the full build cost?
Builds are scoped inside $4,000 to $20,000. That band is on the homepage so you can decide before you ever speak to us whether this is worth a call. The free call narrows it to a rough number for your job, and the proof week settles it into one fixed price in writing, with what you paid for the week coming off it. What we will not do is turn the band into your number before anyone has seen your systems, because that is a guess and you are the one who pays when a guess is wrong.
What happens after Friday?
You get written handover documentation and a recorded walkthrough. You can run it yourself with nothing further to pay us, or keep us on monthly to maintain it as the business changes.
