AI handles the messy parts. You stay in control of the parts that matter.
Most automation projects at small companies die the same way: the system quietly does something wrong, the owner catches it, and trust is gone. So we build the other kind. AI reads and proposes, plain rules check it against something true, and a person approves anything that can’t be undone.
AI at every step that demands it, and a person at every step that matters.
Free, twenty minutes, no obligation. We’ll tell you if it isn’t a fit.

Founder
Farhan Ahmed Khan
Farhan Ahmed Khan spent six years at a US-based data platform company, building and shipping products for enterprise clients around the world. Data warehouses, integration pipelines, the systems a business actually runs on: designed, delivered and supported in production, where a wrong number costs real money.
In the last three years his work moved to building with AI itself. He led the project that turned an enterprise data platform’s point-and-click interface into one its users simply talk to. It runs in production there today, on a platform used by more than 300 enterprise customers.
“AI is very good at reading something messy and proposing what to do next. What it is allowed to do without asking anyone is a separate question, and that separation matters more than people think. It sits somewhere different in every business, and finding it is most of what I actually do.”

What is Quartate?
Quartate is an AI automation studio. It starts with the outcome your business needs, then builds custom AI agents that do the work your people do by hand today, inside the systems you already run. It checks their work against your records, and a person approves anything that cannot be undone. The founder's background is data: six years at a US-based data platform company, building and shipping products for enterprise clients around the world.
What does Quartate build?
Custom AI agents that do the work your people do by hand today, inside the systems you already run. The jobs asked for most include logging enquiries alongside each customer's history, pricing quotes from the right list, matching invoices to orders and deliveries, chasing overdue invoices, assembling the Friday report, and turning paperwork into a searchable database.
How does an engagement with Quartate start?
With a free twenty-minute call, and the client keeps the written plan either way. Then a proof week: the first working piece of the solution, on the client's own systems, credited in full against the build.
What does Quartate charge?
The proof week is $500 while the three founding places are open, and $1,000 once they are gone. Either way it is credited in full against the build. Builds are scoped inside $4,000 to $20,000, and the exact figure is fixed from what the proof week finds. Keeping it running afterwards is $500 to $2,500 a month at the standard rate for everyone, cancel anytime, and is optional: the written handover means a client's own team can take it over instead.
Where does Quartate work?
Quartate delivers remotely and serves clients anywhere. The price is the same wherever the business is.
